Aaron Cunningham, Managing Partner
Aaron was raised on the Western Side of Washington State and moved to the Spokane area in 2006. He pursued his education at Green River College and Prairie Bible College. Aaron began his career in real estate in 2001 as a residential broker, in 2002 he began acquiring investment properties at the courthouse auctions. Since then, he has purchased over 300 properties, developed neighborhoods, operated and owned motels, constructed and developed multi-family housing, and built a diversified real estate investment portfolio. Additionally, Aaron provides guidance to other investors regarding the buying and selling of real estate and has participated in over 2,500 transactions. In 2008, he established Inland Capital, which is now known as Tenet Capital. Since its inception, Tenet Capital has funded over $400 million in loans. The company distinguishes itself in the industry by prioritizing client success, achieving an impressive 80% client retention rate.
Jason Delp, Chief Operations Partner
Jason grew up in Medical Lake, WA a small town outside of Spokane. He graduated from Eastern Washington University where he studied Government and Business Administration. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Jason entered the financial services industry in 1998, as a part-time teller, while working his way through college. During his 17-year tenure in traditional banking, he served as a Branch Manager, Commercial Banker, VP of Special Assets Operations & REO Management, and VP of Commercial Real Estate Servicing. Jason joined the Inland Capital team (now Tenet Capital), in 2016, to assist in the company’s mission of becoming the most reliable alternative finance company for our community’s investors and real estate borrowers. Outside of work, Jason’s passion is loving his wife, children, grandchildren and serving his church family.
Landon Cunningham, Client Relationships Partner
Landon was born and raised in the Seattle area but has called Spokane home since 2009. He began his college journey in Seattle and later transferred to Eastern Washington University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. While in college, Landon ventured into real estate and purchased his first investment property in 2009, marking the start of his career in the industry.
Currently, Landon is focused on providing comprehensive support to borrowers at Inland Capital (now Tenet Capital), ensuring they have all the resources needed to close transactions in the fastest and most efficient way possible. His professional philosophy centers around honesty, integrity, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Since 2013, Landon has also been a co-owner of Citibrokers Real Estate. Over the years, he has assisted investors in purchasing more than 500 properties at trustee sales, demonstrating his deep expertise in real estate investment. He has also participated in the ownership of commercial properties in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho including commercial office space, Starbucks, and motels.
Outside of his professional life, Landon has been happily married since 2011 and is a proud father to two daughters. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in activities such as golfing, boating, skiing, and other outdoor adventures.
Ty Rembe, Chief Financial Partner
A proud Montana native with a passion for empowering small businesses, Ty honed his business and accounting expertise in Missoula, MT, where he successfully operated a small business accounting and tax practice. Since joining Inland Capital (now Tenet Capital) in October 2014, he has brought over 35 years of proven expertise in corporate management, accounting, finance, business ownership, consulting, and mortgage lending.
As Chief Financial Partner at Tenet Capital, he oversees the financial risk and cash management functions, accounting policies and operations, financial reporting, and maintaining internal control and IT systems with precision and commitment.
Ty’s unwavering dedication to fostering small business growth continues to shape his leadership at Tenet Capital, where innovation meets commitment.
Outside the office, Ty embraces adventure, whether skiing down powdery slopes, motorbiking through rugged trails or scenic highways, or photographing the beauty of nature. Most importantly, he treasures time spent with his wife, children, and grandchildren in the picturesque landscapes of Montana.
ErichHolman, Chief Relationship Manager
Eric brings a blend of calculated strategy and practical real estate experience to Tenet Capital. Holding a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University, he is a skilled team builder with a proven track record of transforming innovative ideas into successful outcomes. Since entering the real estate industry in 2021, Eric has consistently demonstrated a passion for driving results and fostering collaborative environments. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and meeting with friends for a round of golf.
Melissa Wells, Accounting Specialist
Melissa grew up on the west side of Washington State, in the beautiful city of Gig Harbor. After graduating she attended Eastern Washington University where she studied education with minors in Spanish and music. With the opportunity to move to Alaska, she joined Alaksa Airlines where she worked as a flight attendant for 7 years.
Moving back to Spokane after retiring with Alaska Airlines, she transitioned into the finance sector, where she spent 12 years at Inland Northwest Bank as a commercial loan assistant and credit analyst. In 2020, Melissa took on a new role as an Accounting Specialist at Tenet Capital, working with Ty Rembe and the accounting team.
Outside of her professional life, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, water coloring, and helping at her local church.
Becky Thompson, Portfolio Manager
Becky grew up in Central California and moved to Spokane, WA in 2003 to attend Whitworth University where she graduated with a Business degree in Organizational Management. Becky began working at a local bank in Spokane in 2010 as a part-time teller, and worked as a Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, Commercial Loan Assistant and Cash Management Specialist. She came to Inland Capital (now Tenet Capital) in 2018 as an Operations Specialist and is now in the role of Portfolio Manager and completes underwriting, operations, and processing loans. Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters, as well as being involved with her church family.
